At the Grand Opening of the Chen Tsing-Fang Museum in Taipei, Dr. Chen chose to exhibit Formosa, the Beautiful Series, as his home country has always been his first love. With these beautiful artworks capturing the glorious richness of Taiwan, Dr. Chen intends to celebrate the country, nurture its society, and help to unite all Taiwanese in appreciation and love for their land. Chen has created and exhibited artworks in this theme of Formosa, the Beautiful in America since the 1980’s, and even cooperated with the Taiwan Bureau of Tourism for exhibits at our T. F. Chen Cultural Center in SoHo, NYC.
